On this day I'm so proud of saying that Mar Theophilus Training College has successfully conducted an Online International Conference on "Incremental changes in instructional strategies and Research in higher education" on 3rd 4th and 5th of March.  The program was held on Zoom and G-meet platforms. Under the leadership of Dr.Reghu sir, team MTTC worked hard and the result was also great. The effort of teachers, other faculties and students were noticeable.  The program had various paper presentation competitions. Competitions were categorized for B.Ed, M.Ed and Research wing students and a huge number of participants were also there. I'm very proud and happy to be a part of this session. February 13, 2022 February 11 is the International day for Women and Girls in Science. ( This blog was there in my draft for the past 2 months. Today I came to check my draft accidentally and found this. On reading, decided to publish this one. It's really relevant! ) February 11 got this designation in 2015 by UN and the purpose of this day is to achieve full and equal access to and participation in science for women and girls, and further achieve gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.  Though women make up an equal proportion in the graduate and postgraduate levels they are disproportionate in the research field.   If you are a woman, there is a distinct possibility that Alexa (the Google assistant) and SIRI (the Apple assistant) are less likely to process your voice accurately. മാർ തെയോഫിലോസ് ട്രെയിനിംഗ് കോളേജിന്റെ 66-ആം കോളേജ് യൂണിയൻ അദ്വിതീയയുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ 'വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയും സ്ത്രീ സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യവും' എന്ന വിഷയത്തിൽ ഒരു ഓൺലൈൻ ചർച്ച സംഘടിപ്പിക്കുകയുണ്ടായി.  കേരള സർവകലാശാല മലയാളം വകുപ്പ് മേധാവി ഡോ. സീമ ജെറോം ആണ് ചർച്ച നയിച്ചത്. വിദ്യാഭ്യാസ മേഖലയിൽ സ്ത്രീകൾ നേരിടുന്ന പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും അതിന്റെ പരിഹാരങ്ങളും ചർച്ച ചെയ്തു. വളരെ വിലപ്പെട്ട ആശയങ്ങൾ ആണ് സീമ മാം പങ്കുവച്ചത്. കുട്ടികളുടെയും ആത്മാർഥമായ സഹകരണം ചർച്ചയെ വിജയമാക്കുന്നതിൽ വലിയൊരു പങ്കു വഹിച്ചു എന്നതിൽ തർക്കമില്ല. 

February 25, 2022   A special day filled with freshness! Yes on this day we had our Art and Aesthetic visit and the journey was to explore the beauty of Guru Gopinath National Dance Museum and Natanagramam.  The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam is a cultural institution functioning under the Department of Culture, Government of Kerala. It was Started in 1994. The centre, named after the late Dr. Guru Gopinath, a pioneer reformer of Kathakali dance, was established in Vattiyoorkavu, a suburb of capital city Thiruvananthapuram. The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam has been established as a centre for learning, training and research in various Indian Dance forms, particularly Kerala Natanam, the dance form composed by the maestro Guru Gopinath. The institution carries on the attempts initiated by the Guru to popularise the dance forms of Kerala and to find fresh talents. Farewell to a great teacher! Good bye to the most inspiring one of MTTC! Today on may 12 held the official farewell function  of Dr. Gibi Geevarughese. Chief guest of the day was H B Moran Mor Baselios Cardinal Cleemis, the Manager and Patron of MTTC and Mar Ivanios Vidya Nagar. Each and every one of us were really emotional and sad because of the fact that we are going to miss Gibi ma'am. She was actually a bundle of positivity and happiness. In the programme students dedicated a song for Gibi ma'am and also gifts were there for the beloved teacher by her students. The Theosa members- Old students of MTTC were also present at the function. With participation of every single person the day before memorable!

February 21, 2022 സർവോദയ സെൻട്രൽ വിദ്യാലയയിലെ അവസാന ദിനം.  എന്നത്തേയും പോലെ സന്തോഷത്തിന്റെ ദിനം തന്നെയായിരുന്നു ഇതും. ഇന്നത്തെ ദിവസം തുടങ്ങിയത് തന്നെ ഒരു കുഞ്ഞിക്കിളിയുടെ മനോഹരമായ പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടെ ആണ്.  ഇവരോടൊപ്പം സമയം ചിലവിട്ടത്തിനു ശേഷം ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ്സിലെ കുട്ടികളുടെ അടുത്തേക്കായിരുന്നു യാത്ര. ഓണ്ലൈൻ ക്ലാസിന്റെ മടുപ്പ് മാറ്റാൻ ഞായർ പോലും സ്കൂളിലേക്ക് വരാൻ തയ്യാറായി ഇരിക്കുന്ന 8 മിടുക്കന്മാർ. ക്ലാസ്സിലെ ബാക്കി കുട്ടികളെല്ലാം ഓണ്ലൈൻ ക്ലാസ് തുടരാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്കൂളിൽ വന്നു പഠിക്കണമെന്ന് ശഠിച്ച കുട്ടികൾ. ആസിഡും ആൽക്കലിയുമൊക്കെയായി സമയം പോയതറിഞ്ഞില്ല. പിന്നെ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ്സിലെ കളറിംഗ് പീരിയഡ്. 'ടീച്ചറേ ഇതെങ്ങനെയ?'  ടീച്ചറെ ഇതിനേതു നിറം കൊടുക്കണം?' എന്നിങ്ങനെ നൂറായിരം ചോദ്യങ്ങളും ചിരിയുമായി ആ ക്ലാസ്സും അവസാനിച്ചു. അന്നേ ദിവസത്തെ ക്ലാസ് എല്ലാം കഴിഞ്ഞ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ അച്ചനുമായി അൽപ നേരം  ചിലവിടാൻ അവസരം ലഭിച്ചു ഞങ്ങൾക്ക്. വളരെയധികം ഉപയോഗപ്രദമായ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ. അനേകം തിരക്കുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും ഞങ്ങൾക് വേണ്ടി അത്രയും സമയം ചെലവിട്ട അച്ചനോട് വല്ലാത്ത ബഹുമാനം തോന

February 20, 2022 Hey, the day was exciting. It was the School reopening day. Along with the teachers we were also in the front line to receive the students @ SCV.  It was our duty to assist teachers to take care of KG and LP students. Happy moments with those little ones.❤️ Very much excited and happy to hear that 'teacher' call from little angels!😍 First experience of dealing these kids and classroom. It was not just an easy task and now I remember my childhood teachers, how difficult was for them to maintain us😂 The reopening day brought me to my school days, that happy day with new bag, books, water bottle and all. How sweet were those days! How fastly time flew! 

  February 19, 2022 It was our third day at SCV and we used the day to explore the school. The School premises were clean and perfect. We got the chance to visit KG,LP and UP sections of the school which were closed due to the pandemic. Even-though there were no offline classes, the classrooms were maintained with hygiene. And the classes were really student friendly. The authorities were conscious in filling the classrooms with paintings and drawings. The school had a front yard garden arranged with ornamental flowers. Also there was  children's park. The playground, auditorium were enough and more spacious and maintained a good atmosphere. Drinking water facilities and wash area are remarkable things. The needs of students were clearly understood and facilities were implemented. The bio-incinerator and vegetable garden were the attraction of backyard. Another commendable thing was the labs. The school had Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematic
