ഐക്യരാഷ്ട്രസഭ(UNHCR-United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) ജൂൺ 20നാണ് അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര  അഭയാർത്ഥി ദിനമായി ആചാരിക്കുന്നത്.സ്വന്തം നാട്ടിൽ നിന്ന്, സംഘർഷത്തിൽ നിന്നോ പീഡനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നോ രക്ഷപ്പെടാൻ പലായനം ചെയ്യാൻ നിർബന്ധിതരായവർക്കുള്ള ഐക്യപ്പെടലാണ് ഈ ദിനം. ലോക അഭയാർത്ഥികളുടെ ദുരവസ്ഥയെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള സഹാനുഭൂതിയും അവരുടെ അവകാശങ്ങൾ, ആവശ്യങ്ങൾ, സ്വപ്നങ്ങൾ എന്നിവ ചർച്ചയാക്കുവാനും പരിരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കുവാനുമുള്ള കർമ്മ പദ്ധതികളുടെ ആവിഷ്കാരം കൂടിയാണ് ഈ ദിനം. ഇതിലൂടെ അഭയാർഥികൾക്ക് അതിജീവിക്കാനും അഭിവൃദ്ധി പ്രാപിക്കാനും  അഭയാർഥികളുടെ ജീവിതം പരിരക്ഷിക്കുകയും മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തുകയും ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് പ്രധാനമാണെന്ന് ഇത്തരം അന്താരാഷ്ട്ര ദിനങ്ങളിൽ ആഗോള ശ്രദ്ധ കേന്ദ്രീകരിക്കാൻ സഹായിക്കുന്നു. ലോകം ഇന്ന് നേരിടുന്ന ഒരു വലിയ വെല്ലുവിളി ആണ് പാലായനവും അഭയാർത്ഥി പ്രശ്നങ്ങളും. സ്വന്തം രാജ്യത്തു സമാധാനവും സുരക്ഷയും ഇല്ലാതെ വരുമ്പോൾ നാടും വീടും ഉപേക്ഷിച്ചു സമാധാനമുള്ള, സാമ്പത്തിക ഭദ്രതയുള്ള മറ്റൊരു രാജ്യത്തെക്കുള്ള പറിച്ചു നടലാണ് ശെരിക്കും പാലായനം.  അഭയാർത്ഥി പ്രതിസന്ധിയെപ്പറ്റി പറയുമ്പോൾ നമ്മുടെ ഉള്ളിൽ ഓടി വരുന്ന...

The United Nations has proclaimed May 22 The International Day for Biological Diversity (IDB) to increase understanding and awareness of biodiversity issues. When first created by the Second Committee of the UN General Assembly in late 1993, 29 December (the date of entry into force of the Convention of Biological Diversity), was designated The International Day for Biological Diversity. The theme of Biodiversity day 2022 is ' Building a shared future for all life ' As part of biodiversity day, 'Aranya' Eco Club of MTTC organised a digital poster making competition and I got an opportunity to participate in the same. Here I attach the  poster I had designed. I'm so glad to win second prize in the competition.  It's our duty to preserve the nature and biodiversity. We do not exist through ourselves alone but through the environment shaped us.  Protect our Nature!☘️ Protect all beings for a better future!☘️

April 12, 1961 was date of the first human space flight carried out by Yuri Gagarin, a Soviet citizen. Our journey started from MTTC Campus on 17th March 2022 at 7.30am with 12 students and Neena ma'am and others joined us in the midway. We had our breakfast from Attingal and continued our journey with a lot of fun and music.  We arrived our first destination 'Unilec' at 10am and had a great experience there. We had came across the manufacturing procedure of AB switches, Digital water meter, energy meter, Vehicle Tracking system, AC motor starters etc. The staffs there gave us a clear idea about their products. After spending a time of 2 hours we left the place and then had our lunch from Ramees restaurant and moved to Adventure Park, Kollam. Adventure park had a pleasant atmosphere glorifying the beauty of Ashtamudi lake. We made our time by paying in the park, dancing together and singing songs. February 25, 2022   A special day filled with freshness! Yes on this day we had our Art and Aesthetic visit and the journey was to explore the beauty of Guru Gopinath National Dance Museum and Natanagramam.  The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam is a cultural institution functioning under the Department of Culture, Government of Kerala. It was Started in 1994. The centre, named after the late Dr. Guru Gopinath, a pioneer reformer of Kathakali dance, was established in Vattiyoorkavu, a suburb of capital city Thiruvananthapuram. The Guru Gopinath Natanagramam has been established as a centre for learning, training and research in various Indian Dance forms, particularly Kerala Natanam, the dance form composed by the maestro Guru Gopinath. The institution carries on the attempts initiated by the Guru to popularise the dance forms of Kerala and to find fresh talents. February 21, 2022 സർവോദയ സെൻട്രൽ വിദ്യാലയയിലെ അവസാന ദിനം.  എന്നത്തേയും പോലെ സന്തോഷത്തിന്റെ ദിനം തന്നെയായിരുന്നു ഇതും. ഇന്നത്തെ ദിവസം തുടങ്ങിയത് തന്നെ ഒരു കുഞ്ഞിക്കിളിയുടെ മനോഹരമായ പ്രാർത്ഥനയോടെ ആണ്.  ഇവരോടൊപ്പം സമയം ചിലവിട്ടത്തിനു ശേഷം ഏഴാം ക്ലാസ്സിലെ കുട്ടികളുടെ അടുത്തേക്കായിരുന്നു യാത്ര. ഓണ്ലൈൻ ക്ലാസിന്റെ മടുപ്പ് മാറ്റാൻ ഞായർ പോലും സ്കൂളിലേക്ക് വരാൻ തയ്യാറായി ഇരിക്കുന്ന 8 മിടുക്കന്മാർ. ക്ലാസ്സിലെ ബാക്കി കുട്ടികളെല്ലാം ഓണ്ലൈൻ ക്ലാസ് തുടരാൻ തീരുമാനിച്ചപ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് സ്കൂളിൽ വന്നു പഠിക്കണമെന്ന് ശഠിച്ച കുട്ടികൾ. ആസിഡും ആൽക്കലിയുമൊക്കെയായി സമയം പോയതറിഞ്ഞില്ല. പിന്നെ ഒന്നാം ക്ലാസ്സിലെ കളറിംഗ് പീരിയഡ്. 'ടീച്ചറേ ഇതെങ്ങനെയ?'  ടീച്ചറെ ഇതിനേതു നിറം കൊടുക്കണം?' എന്നിങ്ങനെ നൂറായിരം ചോദ്യങ്ങളും ചിരിയുമായി ആ ക്ലാസ്സും അവസാനിച്ചു. അന്നേ ദിവസത്തെ ക്ലാസ് എല്ലാം കഴിഞ്ഞ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പൽ അച്ചനുമായി അൽപ നേരം  ചിലവിടാൻ അവസരം ലഭിച്ചു ഞങ്ങൾക്ക്. വളരെയധികം ഉപയോഗപ്രദമായ ഒരു മണിക്കൂർ. അനേകം തിരക്കുകൾ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും ഞങ്ങൾക് വേണ്ടി അത്രയും സമയം ചെലവിട്ട അച്ചനോട് വല്ലാത്ത ബഹുമ...

February 20, 2022 Hey, the day was exciting. It was the School reopening day. Along with the teachers we were also in the front line to receive the students @ SCV.  It was our duty to assist teachers to take care of KG and LP students. Happy moments with those little ones.❤️ Very much excited and happy to hear that 'teacher' call from little angels!😍 First experience of dealing these kids and classroom. It was not just an easy task and now I remember my childhood teachers, how difficult was for them to maintain us😂 The reopening day brought me to my school days, that happy day with new bag, books, water bottle and all. How sweet were those days! How fastly time flew! 

  February 19, 2022 It was our third day at SCV and we used the day to explore the school. The School premises were clean and perfect. We got the chance to visit KG,LP and UP sections of the school which were closed due to the pandemic. Even-though there were no offline classes, the classrooms were maintained with hygiene. And the classes were really student friendly. The authorities were conscious in filling the classrooms with paintings and drawings. The school had a front yard garden arranged with ornamental flowers. Also there was  children's park. The playground, auditorium were enough and more spacious and maintained a good atmosphere. Drinking water facilities and wash area are remarkable things. The needs of students were clearly understood and facilities were implemented. February 18, 2022 The second day at Sarvodaya Central Vidyalaya! We used the day to explore the annual class magazines of this year. Four of us were assigned to evaluate their class magazines and to decide the winners. It was such a great opportunity for us. The quality of the magazines were outstanding. The students under an age of 18 had created magic with their talents.👏 The topics they have selected and the way they used to present it were excellent. Really happy to see their talents, their social commitment, their opinions and concerns about the social issues!😊  The had soft copies as well as hard copies for their magazines. With help of flipbook software, they have done a very good work. Also we got opportunities to observe classes. The teacher introduced the topic magnetic effects of current. March 27 is observed as 'World Theatre Day' across the globe to dedicate a day to theatres. The significance of this day is to raise awareness regarding the importance of theatre and to know the importance of theatre around the world.The day also provides opportunities for theatrical communities to put forward their work on a large scale. The theme for this day has been the same over the years, i.e., ' Theatre and a Culture of Peace.' Finally, came the day! On 22nd March, the 66th College Union of Mttc became officially inaugurated.  Shri. Abhilash Mohanan, Deputy Editor of Mathrubhumi News inaugurated the union and revealed the name 'ADVITHIYA'. Arts club inauguration was done by Aswath Lal, famous cine artist.  The students filled the auditorium and stage with creativity. The work done by the decoration team was great. A flash mob arranged inorder to reveal the union name and afternoon session turned colourful with cultural events 💕 Everybody worked hard to make the programme a successful one. The day was awesome💖
